1. Seven-day money-back guarantee
I want you to feel comfortable buying from English with Tony 2.0.
Unless a different refund policy is clearly stated on the sales page, you have a 7-day money-back guarantee.
If you decide within 7 days that the course or product is not right for you, just email me and I will refund your purchase price.
You do not need to give me a long explanation or argue your case.
Once the refund has been issued, your access to the relevant course or product will end.
This guarantee is there to let you properly evaluate what you have bought. It does not cover obvious misuse, such as copying, downloading or sharing large amounts of course material before requesting a refund.
Any materials already downloaded remain protected by copyright, even after a refund.
Your normal legal consumer rights are not affected.

Your purchase gives you access to the materials for your own personal learning and use.
3. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Access is normally provided after payment has been completed successfully.
Any different payment arrangements will be clearly stated before purchase.
4. How long you can access a course
Unless a different access period is clearly stated on the sales page, your purchase includes access for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.
Access may continue for longer, but permanent or lifetime access is not promised unless this is specifically stated.
If a course or product is ever withdrawn, reasonable notice will be given where practical.

Your purchase gives you permission to use these materials for your own personal learning.
Please do not copy, sell, redistribute, upload or share the materials with other people without written permission.
Please also do not:
republish substantial parts of any course or product;
give your account to another person;
use the materials to create or sell a competing course or product;
use substantial amounts of the materials to generate, train or build competing commercial content using AI or other technology.
You are welcome to download and use any worksheets or resources that are specifically provided for your own personal study.
7. Misuse and suspension of access
Access may be suspended or removed where there is clear evidence of serious misuse.
This could include:
account sharing;
deliberate copying or redistribution of materials;
fraud or attempted fraud;
unlawful use;
abusive or threatening behaviour;
serious interference with the website or learning platform.
Where appropriate, I will try to contact you first.
8. Immediate access to digital content
Courses and digital products may be supplied immediately after purchase.
Where UK consumer law applies, you may be asked to agree to immediate access and acknowledge that your normal 14-day cancellation right may end once digital content begins to be supplied.
